Terms and Conditions on class page:
1. Booking and Payment
A child’s place is only confirmed once payment has been received, either via invoice or through our online booking system, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of term, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed with CCTS.
If payment has not been received before the start of term, CCTS reserves the right to refuse attendance at the first class and any subsequent classes until the outstanding balance has been settled, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Failure to make payment by the required date, following reminders from CCTS, may result in an administration fee being applied where permitted by law and where the fee has been appropriately communicated.
2. Late Payment
If fees remain unpaid after the term has begun, CCTS will contact the responsible parent or guardian to request payment.
Where payment remains outstanding following reminders, CCTS may seek to recover reasonable and lawful costs arising from late payment. Any late payment charge must be disclosed in advance, be fair and proportionate, and comply with applicable law.
CCTS reserves the right to suspend attendance while fees remain outstanding, subject to applicable legal requirements and any agreed payment arrangements.
3. Missed Sessions, Cancellations and Force Majeure
Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds for any sessions missed due to illness, holidays, personal circumstances, or any other reason where your child is unable to attend.
Force Majeure refers to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CCTS which prevent or affect the delivery of classes. This may include, but is not limited to, host school or venue closures, venue unavailability, emergency closures, adverse weather, fire, flood, utility failures, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
Where a class is unable to take place due to a Force Majeure event, including a cancellation or closure by a host school or venue, CCTS will not normally provide a refund, credit, or replacement session.
CCTS will, however, consider reasonable alternatives where possible, including rescheduling, online delivery, or other arrangements. Any alternative offered will be at the discretion of CCTS.
CCTS will endeavour to provide notice as soon as reasonably possible where a class is affected by a Force Majeure event.
4. Term Commitment
Once your child’s place has been booked and paid for, that place is reserved exclusively for them for the duration of the term. We are therefore unable to offer refunds where you choose to withdraw your child after booking, as the place has been allocated and staffing and venue arrangements have been made based on the booking.
Refunds are not normally available for trial sessions once the booked session has taken place.
By enrolling your child with CCTS, you are committing to the full term and are liable for the term’s fees in accordance with the agreed booking terms and applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes any cancellation, refund or other rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
5. Late Collection Policy
Children must be collected each day at their designated pick-up time. Your child cannot remain at classes or after-school clubs beyond their class pick-up time unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed with CCTS.
Parents/carers who are late collecting their child may be required to pay a late collection charge to help cover additional staffing costs incurred.
The late collection charge is:
£5 for the first 5 minutes.
An additional £5 for every 5 minutes thereafter.
If you know that you are going to be late, you must notify CCTS as soon as possible.
If CCTS has not been notified of a late collection and a parent/carer is more than 5 minutes late, we may use the emergency contact numbers provided on the booking form to attempt to arrange collection by another authorised person.
CCTS will take reasonable steps to safeguard your child while awaiting collection.
6. Behaviour and Conduct
CCTS reserves the right to take appropriate action where a child’s behaviour is persistently disruptive, prevents others from participating fully, or poses a risk to themselves, other children, staff, or the safe running of the class.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include speaking with the parent or guardian, agreeing a behaviour plan or, where necessary, removing the child from a class or programme.
Any refund or credit arising from such a decision will be considered in light of the circumstances, the applicable booking terms and relevant legal obligations.
7. Class Changes
CCTS reserves the right to make reasonable changes to class times, venues, teachers or class arrangements when necessary.
We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible and maintain the overall quality of our provision.
If a change materially affects the service booked, CCTS will communicate the available arrangements to affected families, taking account of the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
8. Photography and Media Consent
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during classes for promotional purposes, including our website, social media channels, or printed materials.
When booking through our website, parents and guardians will be asked to confirm their preference by selecting either “I consent” or “I do not consent” to their child being included in photography or video recordings for these purposes.
If you do not wish your child to be included, please select “I do not consent” when completing the online booking form.
You may also notify us of your preference in writing.
CCTS will respect the consent preference provided and handle all photographs and recordings in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our privacy policy.
9. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By booking a place with CCTS, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to the terms applicable to your booking, subject to your statutory rights.

LAMDA Terms and Conditions are sent separately by email. Please read the separate LAMDA Agreement carefully, particularly the withdrawal notice requirements and arrangements for missed or cancelled sessions.
Getting There
Classes are held in the "Small Hall". (We recommend parking at the far end of the car park, as the entrance to the studio is just down the steps at the end of the car park) You will need to get a free parking ticket from the machine, that is located half way down the car park or alternatively you can use the parking app on your phone.
Unfortunately there is no onsite parking at this venue. We use the small studio at the end end of the cafe and a small studio locate upstairs.
We'll be in the portacabin. Parents will need to park on the main road as there is no onsite parking.
