CCTS Payments and Refunds Policy
1. Booking and Payment
A child’s place is only confirmed once payment has been received, either via invoice or through our online booking system.
All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of term. Failure to do so may result in an administration fee being added to your balance.
2. Late Payment
If fees remain unpaid after the term has begun, and following several email reminders, a late payment charge of 2% per week will be applied to the outstanding balance until payment is received in full.
3. Missed Sessions and Refunds
Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds for sessions missed due to illness or other personal circumstances.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel sessions due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. venue closures or unforeseen events), a credit will be applied towards future sessions or online classes, if appropriate.
4. Term Commitment
Once your child’s place has been booked and paid for, we are unable to offer refunds, as the place has been reserved for the full term.
Refunds are not available for trial sessions.
By enrolling your child, you are committing to the full term and are therefore liable for the full term’s fees.
5. Behaviour and Conduct
CCTS reserves the right to remove a child from a class if their behaviour is persistently disruptive or poses a risk to others. In such cases, any refund will be at our discretion.
6. Class Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to class times, venues or teachers when necessary. We will always provide as much notice as possible and ensure any adjustments do not affect the overall quality of our provision.
7. Photography and Media Consent
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during classes for promotional purposes, such as our website, social media, or printed materials. If you do not wish your child to be included, please let us know in writing.
Under LAMDA, please put the following terms and conditions:
LAMDA Terms and Conditions
Once you’ve reserved your child’s place, a LAMDA Agreement will be sent to you for reference. By paying the term fees, you’re confirming your agreement to the terms outlined in that document.
If you wish to withdraw your child from LAMDA sessions, we kindly ask for one full academic term’s written notice. Without this notice, the full term’s fees will still be payable, as your child’s place will have been reserved for the duration of the term.
If, for any reason, we need to cancel a class (for example, due to illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances), we’ll do our very best to reschedule or offer an appropriate alternative.
If your child is unable to attend a session due to illness or personal reasons, we’re unfortunately not able to offer a refund or reschedule the missed class. We do, however, always try to ensure that students can keep up with any work they may have missed.
Getting There
Classes are held in the "Small Hall". (We recommend parking at the far end of the car park, as the entrance to the studio is just down the steps at the end of the car park) You will need to get a free parking ticket from the machine, that is located half way down the car park or alternatively you can use the parking app on your phone.
Unfortunately there is no onsite parking at this venue. We use the small studio at the end end of the cafe and a small studio locate upstairs.
We'll be in the portacabin. Parents will need to park on the main road as there is no onsite parking.
